Our Courier Partner — Aramex

Multi∞Verse has partnered exclusively with Aramex South Africa for all order deliveries. Aramex is an internationally recognised logistics provider with a strong domestic network across South Africa. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email that links directly to the Aramex tracking portal, where you can monitor your parcel's progress in real time. You can also access your tracking link at any time through your account under Order History.

Delivery Areas

We ship to all areas within South Africa serviced by Aramex, including major cities, secondary towns, and most rural areas. At this stage, we do not offer international shipping. If you are unsure whether Aramex delivers to your area, please contact us before placing an order.

Order Processing Times

Orders are processed and handed over to our courier partner (Aramex) within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Delivery timeframes are determined by Aramex and vary by location — typically 2–4 business days for major metros and 3–7 business days for outlying areas. Multi∞Verse is not responsible for delays once a parcel has been handed to the courier. Tracking details are emailed once your order is dispatched.

How We Package Your Order

We treat every card as if it were going into our own collection. Single cards are individually sleeved, placed in a rigid top loader or card saver, and wrapped securely before being sealed inside the outer packaging. Graded slabs are bubble-wrapped and packed tightly to prevent movement in transit. Sealed products such as booster boxes and Elite Trainer Boxes are packed with additional padding material to protect against crushing. For large or high-value orders, we use double-box packaging for added protection.

Risk of Loss & Courier Claims

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery confirmation by Aramex. If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept delivery without noting the damage with the Aramex driver or, if the parcel has already been delivered, photographing the packaging and contents immediately and contacting us within 24 hours of delivery.

In the event of a lost parcel, please notify us at admin@multi-verse.co.za as soon as you have reason to believe your parcel is missing. We will open a formal trace with Aramex on your behalf. Aramex's liability for lost or damaged parcels is governed by their own terms and conditions; we will work with you to pursue any valid claim. Claims for lost or damaged parcels must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the original dispatch date.

Tracking Your Parcel

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your Aramex tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel. You can also view your tracking details at any time by logging into your account and visiting your order history. If you have not received a dispatch notification within 2 business days of placing a paid order, please contact us so we can investigate.

Mixed Orders — Pre-Order & In-Stock Items

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items ship together by default once all items are available. Split shipments are available on request at an additional R120 per shipment. To request a split shipment, email admin@multi-verse.co.za before your order is dispatched. Please note that special shipping requests are handled on a best-effort basis and may take longer to process.

Important: Delivery timeframes run from the date of dispatch, not the date your order was placed. Processing time is in addition to the courier transit time. For any order enquiries, please contact us at admin@multi-verse.co.za.
